FAQ

  • How do I login to my Zimbra Collaboration Suite account?
Click on the login button and this will take you to the webmail section. There, enter your login information in the login form.

  • Why isn't all of the spam that comes to my email filtered?
It is impossible to completely rid your email of spam. As fast as the anti-spam and virus protection software is being updated with new spam definitions spammers are creating new threats that are not yet protected against. Even so, we do filter approximately 98% of the spam you are sent.

  • How much storage is included in my account?
That depends on whether you have signed up for the Standard or Advanced Package. 1GB is included in the Standard and 2GB in the advanced. If you are currently using a trial account, you have 1GB of storage.

  • What if I need more storage space?
You can purchase extra storage space if it is needed. For 1GB of extra space, we charge $1.00 for Advanced users and $1.50 for Standard users.

  • How can I get support if I need it?
For all users, the Support section of the SpamOoze website has a lot of great information that should help you if you are having trouble. If your question isn't answered there you can ask us for help through our contact form. If you have signed up for the Advanced package, you also have the added benefit of telephone support so you can phone us to speak directly to one of our tech support personnel.

  • What happens when my 30 Day Free Trial expires?
If you have not signed up for a permanent account you will no longer have access to your SpamOoze account when your trial account expires. Any information you had stored in your account will be lost. You will be sent emails to remind you of this when your account is nearing its expiration date. To ensure you do not lose any important information, make sure to upgrade to either the Standard or Advanced Package before your trial comes to an end.

  • What is the difference between the standard and advanced packages?
To see all of the details that separate our two packages go to the packages section of SpamOoze.com. The main difference is that the advanced package includes the ability to connect your Zimbra Collaboration Suite account into Microsoft Outlook so you can take advantage of the Zimbra Collaborations Suite's great features using the Outlook interface.

  • What is SOX?
SOX is short for the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, which regards the disclosure of information for US public companies. If you sign up for the SOX service we keep extra records of email conversations for companies to aid in compliance.

  • Which browsers are supported?
Firefox 1.5+ on PC, Mac, Linux Internet Explorer 6+ on PC Safari 2.0+ on Mac

  • What features do I get with my 30 Day Free Trial?
Your trial account is fully featured. You will have access to all of the features that are available in the Advanced package.
